In the unlikely case that there is a flaw with a product that we delivered, the customer has the option of having the airbrush tanning product replaced in a timely manner at no additional cost. Warranties for airbrush tanning machines will, of course, be honored for the full length of the guarantee associated with that particular product. The guarantee is for any defects in manufacturer quality or workmanship.

EnvyTan, Inc. does not guarantee or offer any refunds on merchandise due to customer mishandling of that product, or returns "at will" due to a change of mind after the purchase and delivery of a product. For example, if you purchase a tanning machine and then decide to remove airbrush tanning from your salon; that would not qualify for our EnvyTan product guarantee.

EnvyTan airbrush tanning solution has enjoyed tremendous success in the airbrush tanning marketplace. All sunless tanning solution, by its very nature, has different results on different skin types, and when different application processes are used. Every client has different preferences for solution performance and color results. We have made every effort to make it extremely affordable to sample our EnvyTan airbrush tanning solution. We encourage anyone who is trying our solution for the first time to purchase a 16 ounce bottle of the desired solution strength to test on your clients before investing in a larger amount of solution. If you would like to sample multiple solution strengths in smaller quantities, please purchase our Solution Sampler Kit. Please note, we do not offer refunds, or store credits to customers who are sampling the solution for the first time.

Our tanning machines (TC3, T700) automatically come with a full 1 year warranty on all parts. The T100 tanning machine, as a part of the "Go Mobile Pro Kit" comes with a full 6 months warranty on all parts.

Customers who purchase one of our tanning machines (T100, T700, and TC3) must take into account the noise-level requirements of their intended workspace, as returns due to higher-than-expected noise levels will not be honored. You should know and consider your specific workspace prior to making any purchases. Salons who require a very quiet HVLP unit, should only consider the TC3 Whisper Mist for their particular location.
